Week 5: Work It!

Week 5 Challenge: 1,000 exercises!

EEK!  Sounds scary, huh?  We can do this!
This is doable for those of you who don't have an exercise plan in place.  Do them during commercials, waiting for water to boil, or making copies at work!  You can find time for 1,000 exercises this week!

I plan to get as much out of the way up front as I can.  Keep track of how much you do of each exercise each day and share it with us.
