I Work Out

I have tried several different work outs over the years. I love how I feel after working out, but I can't say I truly enjoy exercise.  I tend to do something for a while until I get bored.  Then I quit exercising all together.  Because I'm aware of this, I've started planning ahead.  I started with a 14 day plan that I went through twice.  Then a 30 day video.  I've been mixing up dance classes, walking, and other videos.  I have to keep it interesting or I simply won't do it!
