This recipe couldn't have been any easier and it couldn't have tasted better! I baked them on my Pampered Chef Stoneware for a total of about 45 minutes. I could have eaten them all! We had them as a side, but they tasted like dessert to me. It was the perfect ending to a great meal.
I especially enjoyed how the peel just came off in a ring. It's really the small things, isn't it?
