Inspiration

Anybody else ever make excuses for why you can't exercise?
"My hip/knee/back hurts."
"I'm not athletic."
"I'm too weak."

There are so many reasons NOT to do it, but none of those reason are better than the reasons to GET FIT!

I found this video on Pinterest today.  If this man can get up out of his chair and dance like this, why can't I do more?  This is great inspiration!


Now, GET UP AND MOVE!
